Jared Lim

The third photographer that I chose is a local photographer, Jared Lim. In his new photo series entitled “Urban Exploration”, he is exploring geometric patterns. He has always loved geometry, lines, curves, pattern and abstract designs since he started his journey in photography. I like the way he applies the visual element on his photo, it’s not directly shown but obviously we can tell there must be at least one visual elements on his photo. I learned a lot especially about geometry and pattern from his photos. I am interested in his photos  cause he makes the simple thing become very extraordinary. I hope by keep learning and practicing, I will have an eye like him that can capture a simple thing in different way.
